Soil Remediation

In today’s urban centers, available land is both limited and costly pushing contractors to maximize every square meter of space. To meet these demands, buildings increasingly extend below ground to accommodate essential facilities such as parking, storage, and service areas.

At TOPROCK, we provide tailored, technically sound solutions for these complex underground structures through advanced deep excavation and retaining systems. Depending on the project’s geological and structural requirements, we design and implement piling with anchorage systems, piling with shotcrete walls, and specialized jet grouting and injection methods where groundwater conditions are present.

Our approach combines engineering precision and on-site expertise, ensuring stability, safety, and maximum usable space for every project.

Soil Remediation Projects

Solid Waste Area Fermentation Silos Project

Executed over an 18,000 m² area, this project focused on heavy tamping soil improvement to prepare the foundation for high-capacity fermentation silos.

TOPROCK ensured superior soil compaction and long-term ground stability, supporting sustainable waste management infrastructure in the Adana region.

Al Khairat Gas Tribune Power Plant Project

At the Al Khairat Gas Power Plant, TOPROCK implemented 13,300 meters of wick drains and comprehensive groundwater removal studies to enhance subsoil drainage and stability.

This project demonstrated our expertise in international ground improvement operations, providing reliable soil performance for large-scale energy facilities.

Solid Waste Area Fermentation Silos Project

Covering an extensive 90,000 m² area, this project included heavy tamping ground improvement to stabilize the base for industrial fermentation silos.

By applying high-energy compaction techniques, TOPROCK achieved a durable and uniform foundation, contributing to Ankara’s modern waste treatment systems.
